Zeynep Boyan

Munich-based artist and designer Zeynep Boyan works at the intersection of sculpture and design, using stoneware clay to explore form, texture, and structure. Her objects, ranging from lighting and furniture to abstract pieces, are slowly built by hand using centuries-old techniques, often left unglazed and richly textured. Informed by a background in cinema, her approach is rooted in spatial composition and storytelling, with each work carrying an inherent sense of autonomy and presence.
